  2. I often use cayenne and turmeric in my meals! The best is my coconut curry. I never knew it helped with circulation.

          JJ…You would agree that nothing should be overused. Everything should be in moderation . While turmeric has been said to be very safe,some people can experience stomach upset, nausea, dizziness, or diarrhea with excessive use.
